Randy Woodside - Owner

I am the general manager of Kelowna RVs, and spend the majority of my time on administration but often walk around the lot enjoying clients and our team members. I believe strongly in customer satisfaction and together with the department managers, work to improve every client's experience at the dealership. Away from work, I enjoy gardening at home, hiking Knox Mountain Park , boating on the lake, and of course, camping in an RV and backpacking trips in the wilds.

 

Lynn Parker - Controller

I've been a member of the Kelowna RVs team since January 1998. Although my job title is Controller, I am more than happy to help out in all areas of the dealership whenever extra help is needed. I moved to Kelowna from Ontario in 1976 with my 3 children. Our small family has since grown to 8 grandchildren, 2 of whom have married and blessed me with 4 great grandchildren. I enjoy interior decorating, flower arranging, going to hockey games and eating out with family and friends.

 

Rod Haywood - Sales Manager

I am very excited to be part of the Kelowna RVs sales team.  I have been working in the Leisure business for the past 14 years.  My wife and I spend many happy days in our RV, along with our two dogs.  I am also an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fly fishing and exploring new trails on our ATV.  I look forward to sharing stories with all my past and future friends and clients.  I believe we should all "live the life we love and love the life we live."

 

 

Janelle Thiessen - Administrator

I have been a part of the day-to-day operations of Kelowna RVs since April 2007 and am loving every minute of it! Originally from the prairies, I moved to Kelowna several years ago and have never looked back. In the summer I enjoy spending time in the lake and camping and hiking with my family. I am really enjoying being a part of the Kelowna RVs team and am learning so many new things with each passing day. There is no better feeling than loving your job - Kelowna RVs is my home, and its customers, my number one priority!

 

Doug Montgomery - Parts & Service Manager

In the 3 years that I've been a part of Kelowna RVs we've become the "Go To" place for Parts & Service. I personally attribute this to the fact that we offer something very unique - old-fashioned top quality service. It's like a nice, fresh breath of air!

 

 

 

Rick McKague - Parts Specialist

I currently serve in the parts department, but have experience as a service technician also with Kelowna RVs.  I  worked for 20 years in the Forest Industry before spending 10 years in Logistics as a warehouse supervisor. My wife and I decided that we'd had enough with corporate life, so we bought a motorhome and embarked on a tour of the Western US and Mexico. Upon returning to Canada I gave in to my passion for the RV industry and entered the RV service program at Okanagan College. After graduation I was hired on at Kelowna RVs, and have been happily at work here ever since.

 

Larry Hart - Finance Manager

Since September 1, 1978 I have been blessed to call the Okanagan my home. My wife Sherry of 37 years and I have raised 3 wonderful children. We have 4 grand children who are the pride and joy of our lives. I enjoy golf, evenings out with family and friends, travel and our weekly Ramoli games. Sunday is filled with church, family gatherings and enjoying the numerous fine-dining experiences offered in our beautiful valley. I am confident that I can help make your experience with us a pleasant one.

 

Holly Bowerman - Warranty Administrator

"It's a great day at Kelowna RVs!" I have recently returned to Kelowna RVs after a brief one-year hiatus. Originally I joined the Kelowna RVs team in January of 2007 and have worked in a variety of positions throughout the years. Currently I am the acting Warranty Administrator. My husband and I love the Okanagan lifestyle; In the summer you can find us on the lake tubing/boating and in the winter we like to escape to warmer climates.

 

Jessica Minicola - Weekend Reception

This is my first season with Kelowna RVs as a part-time receptionist in the summer season. I am excited to be a part of a team that is devoted to customer satisfaction. I moved from Waterloo, Ontario to the Okanagan three years ago to attend UBCO. Of course I have fallen in love with the Okanagan and all it has to offer. I like to spend my spare time snowboarding, camping and soaking up the sunshine.

 

 

Gil Atkins - Sales Representative

I am happy and excited to be a part of the sales team here. Although I am fairly new to Kelowna RVs, I have 25 years experience in the RV industry. When not at work I enjoy golfing and spending time with my soul mate, Twyla, and our Corgi Tia. For the past 15 years I have enjoyed spending my winters in Arizona living the RV lifestyle to the maximum! If you have any questions about where to go or how to get there for some winter fun and relaxation, give me a call. Just make sure it's before mid November! I look forward to hearing from you.

 

Arnie Miller - Sales Representative

Hi Folks, my name Arnie Miller and I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the Kelowna RVs Sales Department. As a part of the sales team I will make your visit to the dealership a stress free experience. I have been involved in the industry for 15 years and have lived in Kelowna for 30 years. When I am not working, I love to golf and fly fish, so if your wondering the best courses to golf or lakes to throw a fly line at for some fabulous rainbow trout just ask me!!! I look forward to meeting you and serving your needs.

 

Phil Johnston - Sales Representative

As one of the original sales representatives for Kelowna Truck & RV back in 1997, I am excited to be here again, fifteen years later and with a world of life experiences under my belt. I've explored the world, making travel one of my very favorite pastimes. I love being under the hot sun with my feet in the sand. I enjoy exploring the open road on my motorcycle and drooling over muscle cars every chance I get. I'm passionate about the RV lifestyle and finding the RV that suits your passion.

 

Troy Saklofsky - Lead Technician

I have lived in the Okanagan all my life. I have 25 years of experience as a technician and take my work seriously.  When I'm not busy assisting customers, I enjoy camping with my RV, exploring the back woods on my quad and spending time with my new extended family.  I'm very happy to be here at Kelowna RVs and look forward to serving you.

 

 

Warren Trautmann - RV Technician

Hello, I'm Warren and I have completed my 4th year as a Journeyman Technician working mainly with RVs. I've been working at Kelowna RVs since March 2006 and have enjoyed both the learning environment and the great team here at the dealership. When I'm not working, I enjoy being outside and fill my spare time with camping, golfing and fishing.

 

 

Brad Cruikshank - RV Technician

Originally from the East Kootenays, I've been a resident of Kelowna for 15 years, 7 of which I have spent as a Journeyman RV Technician. I like to spend my weekends mountain biking or hiking with my wife within the local parks like Kal Lake or Rose Valley. This is my first year with Kelowna RVs and I am enjoying the interaction with our customers and the opportunity to use my skills to make your RV experience the best it can be.

 

 

Wendy Mckague - RV Detailer

I am an RV detailer at Kelowna RVs. After working in the airline business for most of my career, I decided to make travel my top priority and have since adopted a full-time RV lifestyle. My husband and I have always been travelers, my favorite experience being an 18 month trip through the Western US and Mexico a few years ago. I am now in my fourth season with this company but my ultimate goal is to never see winter again!
